Code Repo / External Systems / Splunk / Data Connection

We did not make any changes and verified the token still works and our certs are good. Can anyone recommend troubleshooting steps? The following tests currently work. Test repo with hardcoded URL to Splunk. Webhook setup with test data successfully send data to Splunk. Not working. Using External System connection to send data.
